All fitness levels are welcome and modifications are encouraged (note that a participant in our recent intensive who had to modify greatly due to a prior injury, actually lost the most inches on their body! Dancer’s Body® Sculpt

Fun and easy to follow dance moves. Sculpt your body like a dancer! All Levels. Great music and movement with a focus on flat abs and a long lean physique. Wonderful stress release. Dynamic, multi-directional dance cardio movement combined with flexibility and are training to burn fat, build strength, promote sculpted, elongated muscles & prevent plateau.

Dancer’s Body® Yoga

A fusion of dynamic dance movement, foundation flexibility, variation of yoga poses, and Dancer’s Body® core training methods. Taught in a warm room, it is structured to get your internal heat and heart rate up while sculpting a long lean physique of a dancer. Promotes balance, flexibility, strength and mind-body awareness. Combines music, movement to encourage a PROFOUND DANCE experience.
 

Optimal Fitness®

A unique workout that combines all 3 elements for optimal fitness; Strength Training, Cardio & Flexibility. Includes an intense focus on core strength the entire class. Hand weights and resistance bands are used to sculpt and shred a long, lean, athletic physique.
